What is an ‘i2i International Soccer Academy College ID Clinic’?

The i2i College ID Clinics are open to players who are looking to improve themselves on the soccer field, whilst having the appetite to achieve an internationally recognised degree in one of the following:

The ID Clinics are held by i2i's very own former EPL players and UEFA licensed coaches.

Head of the Academy at the i2i International Soccer Academy and former EPL Player Bryan Hughes said: "Our College ID Clinics give soccer student athletes a valuable insight into both the athletic and academic features of our highly regarded soccer and education programme with our partner universities."

"The clinics are a key part of the i2i international Soccer Academy’s and universities recruitment process – providing unique opportunities for players to develop their technical skills and game understanding."

"They allow players to meet and interact with our UEFA qualified coaches and recruitment staff, who have coached and played for English Premier League clubs, giving them the chance to showcase their talent with the hopes of furthering their soccer and academic career."

"During the clinics, our coaches will support and mentor each individual player – with a view to identifying talented players with the commitment and drive to succeed."

The clinics are fast paced and give every player a very good idea of what life is like as a full time student athlete with the i2i International Soccer Academy.

Our College ID Clinics have only a limited number of spaces to ensure high quality coaching.

Who can attend?

i2i International Soccer Academy College ID Clinics are open to 14-21 year old high school and college players who have the talent and dedication to balance a full time university education with a full time coaching programme.

Soccer student athletes are expected to be of a competent playing standard, with experience of playing club or high school level soccer.

We encourage parents to attend the camps and welcome any questions they may have throughout the presentations and at the end of each session. The coaches are also contactable via email.

The College ID Clinic should be treated as a university interview or sports trial. Players must be committed to all aspects of the ID Clinic, and be prepared to learn and develop, on and off the field.
